Can we host our submitted file and post a link?

For example, could I upload my design to a file host and post a link to show my design? It would be cool if this would be permissable - as hoping if it is, others then could also post theirs so we could see some other designs - semi-finalists or not....

  Only the semifinalist designs will be made public and this will be done by the Uniteds States Mint on Challenge.gov. Thanks for asking the question.
