Description question

To clarify aspects of a design submission, is it permissible to mention by name "National Baseball Hall of Fame" in our description? Or, should that written name be avoided?

The coin is supposed to have nothing to do with the Hall of Fame. They are simply receiving some of the money generated from selling the coins, so your design should have nothing to do with the NBHOF and therefore, to put the hall in your description would be unwarranted. The coin is supposed to be a generic representation of the game of baseball (or "emblematic of the game of baseball" as stated in the rules) and not focused on one specific level of play (i.e. MLB). The rules are pretty simple, I'm not sure why so many are having an issue with them.

    Clarification

Please refer to the United States Mint rules included in this competition. The rules the entrant must agree to when entering the competition are those written and provided by the United States MInt specifically for the National Baseball Hall of Fame Competition.
