Approved edit, follow up

Just checked the my submittal page and noticed that my new PDF file isn't there either. It only contains the older PDF file and the older description I wrote to describe the submittal. I thought that we were to be allowed to resubmit because of Rule 21 with no penalty of remaining days. I thought I was to be included in the 10,000 submittals as I made the date with the original submittal.
